The Bridge Networks Pty Ltd re-positioning following the resignation of Group MD.

The Bridge Networks Pty Limited in Australia has reached an agreement to transfer the product supply and warranty support areas of its business to Broadcast ONE, a company owned by Darren Kirsop-Frearson. The Bridge Networks Pty Limited will now re-position in the Australian market as a systems-integration company providing solutions to strategic customers in the broadcast, communications and defence arenas.  This change will not impact The Bridge Networks North (TBNN) in the UK; it will continue to be run by Peter Gordon and focus on providing project management and installation solutions in the RF environment.

The agreement reached means that Darren Kirsop-Frearson has resigned from his position as Group Managing Director for The Bridge Networks. This move sees Darren specifically step down from the Companies' Boards of Directors, which encompass The Bridge Networks North, The Bridge Networks in New Zealand and as the Managing Director for The Bridge Networks Pty Ltd in Australia. Following Darren’s departure, the Australian Office of The Bridge Networks will continue to be run by the remaining Company Directors Greg Reid (Engineering Director) and Patrick Crowe (Commercial Director).
