Vislink releases IP Gateway Functionality

The AMG2100 extends the Filebased Workflow to the field, by providing mobile IP data connectivity between an OB resources and the studio allowing the OB system to function as a node on Newsroom Computer System (NCS) or studio server network, when implemented with the ASG2100 Advanced Studio Gateway.  The journalist in the field is able to export the edited content from the Non-Linear Editor (NLE) to the AMG2100, which transports high quality HD footage back to the studio, where it is fed into the studio network by the ASG2100 where the Workflow takes over based on the Metadata associated with the essence.
